Step outside and you’re immediately enveloped in nature. Garden paths meander through lavender and olive trees, leading to secret benches and shaded corners perfect for reading or reflection. Whether you're savoring a glass of wine or simply taking in the stillness, every space invites pause and presence.

The pool is the natural gathering point on warm days, surrounded by native landscaping, loungers, and lush gardens with seating for 10. Light up the Sedona gas grill for a long, sun-soaked lunch—or head out after dark for a stargazing swim. The lap pool is solar-heated during the warmer months and sits just outside the primary suite. It’s perfect for a refreshing morning swim—or a spontaneous midnight float.

Inside, the home flows with ease. The chef’s kitchen includes granite countertops, a gas range, and a Wolf convection oven, ideal for those who love to cook and gather. Enjoy casual meals at the kitchen banquette, or share a more formal dinner at the table for eight, with French doors open to the gardens and golden light pouring in.

Each room has been intentionally curated for style and comfort. The primary suite features a remote-controlled king bed, cozy reading nook, and direct access to the pool. Additional sleeping spaces—including a private pool house and bonus rooms—offer flexibility for couples, families, or small groups to spread out and unwind.

The $42 charge listed as an "administrative fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property.
