Just four blocks from the beach, Edgewood Escape is a welcoming, family-sized retreat in a peaceful pocket of Seaside. With five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and space to sleep up to 12 guests, this cozy two-story beach house offers all the essentials for a relaxing group getaway — from the warmth of the living room fireplace to the comfort of a backyard patio built for evening hangouts.

Inside, a fully stocked kitchen and dining area for twelve make group meals a breeze, while the living room invites you to unwind with plush seating, a Smart TV, and a streaming-ready setup. The downstairs primary suite offers extra privacy with a king bed, attached bath, and TV, while the upstairs rooms provide quiet comfort for everyone in your crew. With beach gear, a seasonal grill, and a great location near the surf and downtown, Edgewood Escape is ready to make your Seaside stay easy, breezy, and unforgettable.

Per City Ordinance, occupancy, including visitors stopping by, cannot be exceeded at any time. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park in the designated spaces on the property, not the street.

Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.

Check-In 4pm(11/1-3/14), 5pm(3/15-10/31)
Check-Out 11am(11/1-3/14), 12pm(3/15-10/31)

Please note that the grill will only be available for use May-September.
