Welcome to Ocean Escape Condos North, a brand-new exclusive development featuring only 15 luxurious units. Our bright, airy 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo offers 1800 square feet of comfortable living space, making it ideal for family vacations, group getaways, and everything in between.

These units are only accessible by stairs, there is no elevator in the building

Okay for a night

We booked one night, we needed a place after flying in and our rental home wasn't available until the next day. There is very limited parking, no one is on site to manage the property. There was a party going on until well after 2am in the pool. It seemed like most cars were visiting. We had to park one of the cars in an adjacent business lot after seeking permission from the employees, afraid our car would be towed. Very loud, could hear everything from the unit above us.

Keyless entry doesn’t work, management is poor

Keyless entry didn’t work. Finally got in 2 hours after check in time. They gave us 1 key for a trip with 6 adults who now needed to coordinate all plans around sharing 1 key. Second day we locked the key in the room and had a 4 hour process to get into the room. Was told the manager was “out for her birthday” and she had the only other key Beach Cove manages this property but clearly deprioritizes customer support for Ocean Escape and could not have cared less that half a day, and 2 hours on our first day were completely wasted due.

Gut: Sauberkeit
The property had no staff on site which was okay until the renters above in unit 13 could or would not keep the noise down. This started on our day of arrival and when we told them about the noise it got worse. Everyone was loving their unit which I rented two and it was nice, spacious, and comfortable. The pool was closed the first two days which disappointed the swimmers but it was being cleaned. The noise or lack of sound proofing made a girls' trip tiresome, frustrating, and unbearable and to tell a rental to call the non-emergency 911 number and report a noise complaint....well who knows the mindset of people these days and what about retaliation? It was obvious guest rules were not followed and stay at your own risk.
