Three of the townhouses share a similar set-up. The Sapphire, Garnet, & Ruby Owl Cabin Townhouses each sleep up to 7 guests and are arranged as follows:
⭐ Upper Level: King suite with ensuite bath & lounge area with comfy sofa & smart TV
⭐ Main Level: Queen bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, & dining area with seating for 6
⭐ Lower Level: Bedroom with twin-over-full bunk beds, cozy living area with arcade, & foosball table or game area

The Topaz Owl Cabin Townhouse (sleeps 6) is arranged slightly differently to allow for more flexible space on the lower level and is arranged as follows:
⭐ Upper Level: Spacious King suite with ensuite bath and lounge area
⭐ Main Level: King bedroom with adjoining bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, & dining area with seating for 6
⭐ Lower Level: Versatile living room with a Queen pull-down Murphy bed (sleeps 2 & is way more comfortable than a pull-out sofa bed!), arcade, kitchenette (including oven, microwave, refrigerator, & sink), & a flexible dining/game area with seating for 8

HOUSE RULES - Guests are required to review the House Rules and sign a renter agreement after booking. Some notable rules include:
1. Security Hold: A $500 hold will be placed on a major credit card prior to arrival to cover damages.
2. Occupants: Maximum 27 guests unless written permission is provided. Visitors count toward occupancy.
3. Parties/Gatherings: Large gatherings and events are strictly prohibited without owner's approval. Any gathering must adhere to noise and occupancy rules.
4. Noise: The cabin is located in a peaceful neighborhood. We ask guests to maintain quiet hours from 10PM - 8AM out of consideration of our wonderful neighbors.
5. Parking: Max 10 vehicles. No oversized vehicles, RVs, or trailers. Park only at the rented cabins - No parking at neighboring properties.
6. Pets: Dogs only (max 2) with paid pet fee & must be registered at the time of booking. Dogs must be housebroken, quiet, crated when unattended, and under 50 lbs.
7. Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
8. Barbecue Grill: Charcoal grill provided. Use only in open areas, not under decking.
9. Fire Pit: Please enjoy responsibly.
10. Late Check-Out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM EST. Late check-outs incur escalating fines.
11. No Refunds: No refunds for weather or events outside the owners' control. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the case of unexpected travel disruptions.
