Our beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features a fully renovated custom kitchen with a Carrara marble waterfall island, an open and airy living area, a private patio with a grill, and a complimentary 6-seat golf cart.

Our fully updated home offers vaulted ceilings, wood-grain tile flooring, large windows for abundant natural light, and tasteful furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stylish cabinetry, and all the dinnerware and cookware needed to whip up a gourmet meal. With seating in the dining area as well as around the waterfall island, there’s plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy. Designed with relaxation in mind, the living area offers plush seating, sleeper sofa and a Smart TV — the perfect place to unwind after a long day of sun and surf.

From the living room, step outside to your private garden-view patio, complete with cozy outdoor seating and a gas grill for an impromptu backyard BBQ. You’ll love the peaceful views of the Links Golf Course right from your backyard!

The spacious primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom with updated finishes. Our home also features two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two full beds. There is a bonus office area with a twin daybed for an additional guest. Each bedroom, as well as the office area, has been beautifully updated and is equipped with a Smart TV. The HOA does not allow street parking, there is only space for 1 vehicle to be parked at the home. We can provide information for a pay to park area locally.

For added convenience, our home offers a full-size washer and dryer, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and easy keypad entry. Guests are welcome to use the 6-seat golf cart or enjoy FREE resort tram service to the beach!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
