It isn't easy to find a hottub or king beds and this place had both! Clean property, responsive host - this property was great for our Snowy Range ski trip! Yes, it is a bit quaint/DIY as some reviews have noted, and a bit difficult to find, but the oven issue mentioned has been addressed. If you prefer functionality and value over finishing touches, I would recommend this property!

The location was close to the Interstate and the beds were comfortable and clean. The amenities lacked ease of use. Bathrooms are strictly one person at time because of the narrow spacing. The WiFi was not sufficient to use to work remotely. The vent over the gas stove didn’t work while cooking so we opened the window.@ The hot water was rigged backwards in one bath and had to be at low pressure to have hot water. The hot tub was not clean enough to use and was in a wooden gated area with no view. The “back yard” was completely fenced and was partially covered with artificial football turf and had a picnic table for seating by the grill but again no view. There was no washer and dryer which meant two trips to the laundry mat. There were hooks on the doors for clothing but no closets. The a/c was either on or off. Good for a guys hunting trip not so much for two families to share. The host did say they were working on the WiFi and they were very nice but we were there over a week without resolution.

First time doing a VRBO and it was much cheaper than hotel. House was very nice. Great to all be together .. my mom loved the art work. Saved money doing meals at at the house. Was a little hard to locate in the dark. Thanks for use of your house.

Members of my family and a friend came to Laramie to attend a wedding. We found this property very clean, wonderfully furnished with four comfortable beds and a great living space for everyone to enjoy. The two bathrooms are beautiful. Wyoming visit

We visited Laramie to attend a wedding. The host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. The home is on one level and has a nice layout for travelers who have difficulty with stairs. I would rent this property again if I was in Laramie.

This site was just what we were looking for in terms of being able to get ready for a wedding and sit around and have coffee in between. The bedrooms were very spacious, had heaters on the beds and fans in the some rooms to accommodate all parties. Which was the case. My mom gets cold, my son in law runs warm. The hot tub was clean and hot.The sitting area outside was a very nice touch with barbecue grill, picnic table with umbrella and hummingbird feeder. We greatly appreciated the sensor light at the driveway and the front door. It was good to have all the amenities.The coffee maker , a very good microwave, toaster, items to cook with and a large table for the whole group. The bathrooms, we're very modern and easy to work with.There was a problem with one of the showers , not getting hot enough and a malfunction of a doorknob. Things that need a little TLC before the next guest. The livingroom had comfortable couches. The TV had a large assortment of apps to watch from & Wi Fi. The only thing, if you were looking for a place that you would spend a lot of time outside with a large group, the front outside area has no landscape or grass. For us it worked fine cuz , we weren't spending time outside playing football ect. The Host was very good about communicating things we needed.

Oh, my struggle with that front landscaping. lol I nicely planted grass last summer, it was coming in strong, then over the winter guests decided the front area was a great long driveway. I'm going to try again as you are correct about it being nice to have a large gathering area outside.

The host was super friendly and helpful - the place was very clean, and the hot tub was a nice reprieve from the cold temps. My feedback to improve the place...1. It is very difficult to find - you cannot use the map to find the place.2. Only the living room and attached kitchen/dining rooms are heated, leaving the bedrooms very, very cold. The only thing that kept me from leaving due to the temps was that the beds have heated mattress toppers.3. The bedroom door that is closest to the hot tub doesn't lock properly. I felt ok, but it is not very safe.

We had a very nice stay and really enjoyed this property. The hot tub was a highlight and was a great place to relax in the evenings. The location was excellent, close to the highway for convenience but still quiet and peaceful.The unit was clean on arrival, and both the hot tub and linens were well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and as a nice touch, they had individual heating controls. The layout worked well for our group of seven and gave everyone enough space. The bedrooms were comfortable, though a few more hooks or small shelves for personal items would have been helpful. Heating and cooling options were sufficient, including a pellet stove and additional heat in the kitchen. The pellet stove worked fine once we figured out how it works. Posted instructions might be a helpful addition for future guests. There is also central air conditioning available, though we did not need it.We also appreciated the outdoor space and BBQ, which added to the overall experience. The owner was very friendly and responsive, and communication was quick and easy throughout our stay. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Thank you!

The property was clean, comfortable beds. The space was great for our family gathering. Hot tub was a nice perk. The address on the reservation took us to the incorrect part of this duplex. There were no directions that we needed to drive around the back side. Very confusing. The only heat being in the living room made the bedrooms chilly though there are heated blankets. Thankfully it was not super cold outside. The oven door would not stay shut so we had to prop it shut with a chair and the oven kept shutting off on us if over 350.

The host was responsive when we had to call at midnight when we got into town because the door code wouldn't work....turns out we were just at wrong end of the house. It is not well marked at all. It was clean. DIY construction...maybe a shop remodeled into two rentals? Just doorframes/doors not finished. But clean and the manager was responsive.

Thank you for your kind review. the place is brand new construction, however, wasn't ever a shop. It was designed for 1 level easy access for all walks of life. Hence why it doesn't resemble a traditional multi-level duplex. It is always my goal to make things easy for our guests so it's important to me to be at the beck and call of my guests. ;)

This proprty was a bit difficult to find...glad we didn’t do it in the dark...the same house number exists on meadowlark so Im sure folks get confused...better directions would haved helped. This property was beautifully decorated...but I would have fired the contractor...tile lines not straight, saw lines in the walls...you can see wonderboard in the shower thats not completely tiled...just very sloppy contractor work...this property is definitely on the right path to being a nice place to stay, and with focus on the attention to detail could feel luxurious. I hope the best for you all and that this property gets upgrades on all the little details done right...it will be very nice if that's done.
