The master bedroom is also on the 2nd floor of the house with ensuite bath, walk-in closet, king size bed and small deck overlooking the pool.

The first floor has a junior suite bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bath, two more bedrooms with queen size beds, a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds, a den with a aerobed sleeper sofa, 2 hall baths and a laundry room.

There is a rooftop deck with incredible 360 degree views. Great ocean, sunset stargazing and firework views.

The backyard has a beautiful pool with plenty of lounge chairs, a dining table with seating for 6, a covered patio with 2 sofas, chairs and a flat screen TV. Also a 3 burner gas grill and an outdoor shower.

Easy walk to Scojos and Wallys. Put your name on their waitlist and wait on our beautiful deck until you get a "your table is ready" text. Surf City 5&10 is less than a block away. Easy walk to mini-golf, ice cream and Rita's water.
