We enjoyed our stay however did experience issues with ants and no Internet throughout the stay as the wifi was done. Otherwise space was decent and met our needs.

Very nice home just outside Calistoga's downtown area. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The home has every amenity one needs to enjoy themselves should they choose to stay in. The home was clean, the appliances are high end, and the furniture and decor conform to the modern aesthetic. I'd definitely recommend this home to friends and family looking to enjoy a Napa valley weekend or extended holiday. Finally, the hosts were communicative and very hospitable.

The place was ok. Just missing a lot of small details for the price. Bathroom fans not working, pool cover broken, window cranks missing, internet down and they knew it before we arrived so 2 people were not able to work, batteries dead in remotes, no Kleenex. One bathroom with no blow dryer. Carpets stained, furniture torn. Numerous dead bugs and moths. 3 pool towels for 6 people? For this price level, there were numerous details that were just not tended to. I can’t recommend it when all could be fixed for what they charge for 1 nights rent. It’s a shame because it is a great location.

The pool and connected jacuzzi were disgustingly dirty and littered with live worms. And the patio furniture was dirty as well. When I contacted the host their response was that we shouldn’t be using the pool area this time of year. However their instructions state that the in ground jacuzzi is usable year-round. So that didn’t make sense and instead of being apologetic and service oriented they went on the offensive. It was strange. Additionally we got locked out of the master bathroom due to a faulty lock. I personally own apartment buildings and a bathroom lock should not be able to do what it did. When I contacted the host, Jordan said “I don’t see how that’s on us”. I was taken aback. I had implore them to have someone repair it so we could access our bathroom. It took hours before it was repaired. We were not able to use the bathroom until late in the morning. We still can’t believe that we were blamed for locking ourselves out of the bathroom! That was not okay. Lastly there were no detailed instructions how to use the above ground jacuzzi. Got little assistance. Ultimately I figured it out but it required finding other equipment away from the jacuzzi that really required written step by step instructions; that didn’t exist. Our experience with Jordan was as if they had never been to the property themselves and knew nothing about it. And certainly didn’t like hearing about problems and dealt with us in a very unprofessional and sophomoric manner.

My husband, son, his partner and I stay at this house near Calistoga in mid May. We purposely stayed there as the property had a pool and spa for our use. We enjoyed the spa daily, the pool was still in the process of warming up for the season so it was a bit too cold for my taste but my husband used it. NOTE: It would be nice to have instructions on how to use the pool remote. The positives of this property besides the pool and spa, was basically how spacious it was, lots of separate areas to have time with family, friends and children. All the bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms with an additional 1/2 bath on the main level and another bath for rinsing off after the pool was used. The kitchen was large and well appointed, we cooked in house one night. There were many places to dine, one inside and two outside. We did not bring young children with us, but if we'd had them this house would have been ideal as there was a separate "game or play" room off the pool deck that would have suited children and teens. The only annoying aspect of the property we found was the automatic sensor lights over the toilets were extremely bright for nighttime use and stayed on for a long time. We highly recommend this house for friends and family gatherings where a lot of space is required. It was very private and quiet. Beds were comfortable. We'd stay here again.
