Guests will have access to the entire property. The house is for listed guests only, no parties or events.

GARAGE: You must take care of your own trash. Trash can be taken to the town of Webb transfer station near McCaulay Mountain. Trash cannot be left out overnight- **There are bears in the area!!**

Open hours are 8 AM-noon

Additional fee (per bag) will be charged for trash left on the premises.

WINDOW AC: There is a window AC on the first floor that will cool the common areas on hot days. There is a second AC in the upstairs hallway that help to cool the upstairs on hot days.

Please turn off all lights and follow check in instructions for lowering heat/turning off ACs. The best rule of thumb is that the house should be generally left in the same condition that you found it <3
