Cozy house in Downtown Old Forge within walking distance to all the restaurants and amenities. 5 minute walk to the public beach and across the street from the famous Enchanted Forest Water Safari. If you prefer to lounge around, you can sit around the fire pit out back and toast marshmallows over the fire.

This house boasts plenty of beds for comfortable sleeping along with a full kitchen and 2 full baths. The back room allows for a separate area from the family room in the front of the house that acts as a living room during the day but is easily utilized as a bedroom at night with the provided sofa sleeper. Please bring your own sheets, towels toiletries and paper products.

Old Forge

The location is great, you can walk up town to restaurants and shopping. Also, across the road from the Water Safari. Property needs a face lift. It has 3 beds upstairs like a bunk room, but no bathroom. There 3 bedrooms is including a living room with a fold out couch. There is no A/C if you want it, make sure you check on the description, I just assumed it would be there and went out and purchased a fan. We were able to make do.

Thanks for the review! As you’re aware, we are very close to The Water Safari so location is great! As you stated, one should read the description as everything you pointed out is in fact spelled out on our description including the fact that we do not list having A/C (which not having A/C is not uncommon for the region). Our listing clearly shows the interior and in keeping with the area, is very traditional for the old town feel). We do everything in our power to not mislead anyone as this is clear in our historic reviews. We did reach out to you in a timely manor to advise of the fans in the basement but by that time, you purchased your own. We did try to accommodate you including the fact that someone staying with you brought a dog that was not disclosed and we waived the $200 dog fee per your request (waived after your stay). As a courtesy, you should discloses as it does require more cleaning between tenants.
