Centrally located in the charming Raynolds Neighborhood, you’ll be within walking distance to Albuquerque’s Rapid Transit line, excellent restaurants, galleries, cafes, salons, yoga studios, and Downtown Albuquerque. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Important Guest Information:

House Rules & Policies:
All guests must carefully review and fully agree to the House Rules and Cancellation Policy before booking and during their stay.

Keys:
Please return the keys to the lockbox upon checkout. A $60 fee will apply if keys are not returned.

Profile Picture Requirement:
A clear, recognizable profile picture is required for security purposes.

Comfort Touches:
Our towels and pillows are soft, fluffy, and very comfortable — feel free to ask where you can buy them!

Absolutely No Smoking, Drugs, or Illegal Activities:
Smoking and burning of any kind (candles, incense, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum inside and outside the suite.

Pest Control:
We maintain monthly service with Orkin Pest Control; however, occasional pests may be encountered due to the historic nature of the home.

Eco-Friendly Living:
Please conserve energy, water, and recycle when possible.

Furniture Policy:
No moving or rearranging furniture. No red wine or colored drinks on furniture. Contact host if needed.

Wi-Fi Access:
Wi-Fi details are available in the Guest Welcome Manual.

Guest Access:
Only registered guests are permitted. Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval.

Parties & Alcohol:
No parties or events. Alcohol consumption must be minimal.
Important Warning: Any guest who is visibly drunk will be asked to leave immediately, escorted by a sober guest.

Eating Policy:
No eating meals in bed, please.

Security:
Always lock doors when leaving and be respectful of neighbors.

Reporting Issues:
Please inform us immediately of any spills, stains, breakage, or damage.

Checkout:
Checkout is by or before 10:00 AM. Timely checkout is necessary to prepare for incoming guests.

Noise Courtesy:
Please keep all voices, music, and activities low out of respect for our neighbors.

Energy Conservation:
Please turn off all lights and A/C when leaving the suite or when not in use.

Damage Policy:
Significant damage will result in a claim and may be charged to your account.
