PET POLICY:

• One pet is allowed per reservation. A $150 fee applies per pet.
• Any undisclosed pet will result in a $300 fee.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture. Excessive pet hair found on furniture will incur additional cleaning fees.
• In the event that any rules are violated or additional cleaning is required, any applicable charges will be billed to the card on file.

For the safety of our guests, staff and property, security cameras are installed in the following outdoor areas:

Parking lot
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the unit (includes vaping, incense, etc.) No parties or events. Any violation will result in immediate expulsion from the property without refund. Please also refrain from loud music, especially in the evening. A $100 charge will be added for lost keys
