Thoroughly modern studio of approximately 325 square feet. Everything is new.. It has a complete kitchen and both the kitchen and bathroom are generous in size. The sleeping area is approximately 150 square feet of the 325 mentioned. There is ample storage space and all things are furnished. The beach is 75 steps away. Less than a 2 minute walk. I provide everything you’ll need including beach equipment, linens, towels and everything for the kitchen. If you drive you’ll have free parking in a private driveway 10 steps away. You don’t need a car for this location. Most everything is within a half mile. Laundry facilities are available on the property. A lot of thought has gone into the unit and it’s modern in style. Everything was just as advertised. Very cozy very quiet very clean at was just what I thought it would be. You will have to walk away to get to the main places, but that’s fine. If you’re an older couple, you might want to get a scooter or something because there is a lot of walking but it’s worth it. If you just want to drink beer and sit on the beach? It’s the perfect spot. Joseph was great kept in great touch the whole time I was there.

All communication from Joseph was excellent- he went above and beyond to make sure that the check-in process went smoothly. He also gave excellent recommendations for the area. The unit was meticulously clean. Perfect for two of us. While we were there the dead on the street that Joseph‘s place is located on was quiet, as was the beach area. The busier area of Clearwater is not far away- either a lovely walk or a short drive. My only recommendation would be for updated outdoor beach, chairs, and umbrellas. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely go back.

3 Day Weekend Anniversary Get-Away

Weather was perfect. Location was awesome. It was easy to get set up on the beach not far from rental and still be within walking distance of great restaurants. Joe was very helpful with check-in/check-our procedures. Had what we needed for our beach days there for us on property. Traffic and beach in the area is a bit quieter than closer to the pier but all still easily accessible.

Perfect Clearwater getaway

This property is such a perfect little gem. Had absolutely everything we needed and the owner/manager was so responsive and helpful! He gave us tons of recommendations on restaurants and he was not wrong on any that we tried. The section of beach that we were on was the best as far as we were concerned. Perfect location!

While planning a trip to Florida with my son, I came across this listing and was immediately impressed by the photos, which showed a modern and well-maintained place. I decided to book it, and I’m so glad I did! Joseph was amazing with communication, providing all the details we needed well ahead of time. When we arrived, we were thrilled with the location—it was close to both the beach and the lively part of town. The house is a bit small, but since we didn’t plan to spend much time indoors, it was perfect. Joseph also provided beach chairs and towels for our use. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable! I’ll definitely check if this place is available next time we're in the area!

Location is excellent

Had a quiet few nights on Clearwater Beach in this charming little studio. Joe, the host was very easy to communicate with. Location is 30 seconds walk from gorgeous beach - away from busy crowded hotel section. Did not use the kitchen area. Bed and bathroom areas were clean. Good meal at Sekushi - Ramen was tasty. Three Daughter is a quality brewery if you are looking for local watering hole. Shipwreck bar across the street was just that - a wreck - not worth the trip. Gorgeous sunset on the beach was highlight of the trip.

Quiet but close to everything

Adorable little studio with a VERY short walk to an amazing beach!! Close enough to town for an easy walk to food and entertainment. The studio was clean and well appointed with what you need. Host was very responsive and helpful.
