I wish there was something that could be done for adding more light in the unit. The only units that have additional light are the end units and this one is an inside unit. Hi Jennifer, Thank you for taking the time to give your review. We understand that having to pick up keys may seem a bit antiquated and some units may have a coded lock. This may not appeal to everyone but it still works for us as we put a lot of other information in our Welcome Envelope other than just keys. Hi Katie, Thank you for taking the time to give your review. I am happy that you found the unit clean and comfortable. We can only apologize for the shape of the pool. We reported the pool a few times to the association but we have no control over them or the pool contractor. I can only apologize for your disappointment and frustration. As for picking up the keys off island, sadly our Island office was destroyed during the hurricanes last fall. We thought we would have been in our new location as of March 1st but have been delayed week after week. Dear Michelle, While we are sorry that you were disappointed on your arrival to this condo, I was very surprised that you never mentioned any of this during your five night stay. I would like to address some of your grievances. I was concerned to read that the door was ajar on your arrival and wished you had reported this, immediately. There are two locks on that door and in order for it to be ajar, that means the deadbolt was not locked, which is a safety concern and we would have addressed it right away. I have posted photos in response to your claim that the closet was a mess. This closet was reorganized just prior to your arrival. The photos resemble the closet as you found it, less the one beach chair which was thrown out. The blankets that have a "brown" look to them and had a weird smell are in fact brown or tan blankets. The sand is a mystery. I ran my hands over the carpeted closet and didn't feel any sand. As far as unorganized, both closets were very organized and if anything, there appears to be more than what is needed in them, which we will address. As per our standard courtesy to all of our guests, we supply the following cleaning and bath supplies. Two small bars of hand/bath soap, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher pods, a small dish washing liquid bottle, one sponge, one paper towel roll and one garbage bag in the trash bin and one back up either under the one in the bin or under the kitchen sink. We do this so our guests have enough to get started on their vacation. In closing, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay. We hope you stay well and if you decide to visit with us again you will feel free to contact us if you have any issues, whatsoever. Management
