This treasure is ideally situated less than 2 miles from Downtown Whitefish and Whitefish Lake City Beach. Explore charming shops, indulge in local cuisine, and partake in the vibrant lakeside activities during the warmer months. For thrill-seekers, Whitefish Mountain Resort is only 8 miles away and offers a plethora of year-round adventures.

This two-level house boasts 1,270 square feet of modern elegance, featuring an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms (each with its own En suite bathroom) and 2.5 bathrooms.

You will enter the property through the garage, and after leaving all your gear in the mud room, you will step into the open and bright great room, with many windows to flood this space with natural light. The living room is a showcase of contemporary design. Unwind on the comfortable sofa, which is also a full-size sleeper while enjoying entertainment on the Samsung 65” OLED Smart Tizen TV with 3 Sonos soundbars and Sonos subwoofer to create a great surround sound experience. Guests can also enjoy exciting games like Corn Hole and Axe Throwing game sets.

The heart of this home is the fully equipped, modern kitchen with stylish quartz countertops, a center island, and stainless-steel appliances, including an electric range and a refrigerator/freezer with water and ice on the door. The center island has bar seating for three. Adjacent to the kitchen, is a charming dining area that features a lovely wood table with seating for six - perfect for shared meals or game nights. Outside, a quaint front patio surrounded by a white fence invites guests for leisurely evenings. It's furnished with Adirondack chairs and a fire table and features a gas BBQ.

Enjoy the comfort of a high-end, plush king bed in the primary bedroom where there is a Samsung 43” OLED Smart Tizen TV with a Sonos soundbar and an en suite bathroom with a stone counter vanity and shower. In the second bedroom, relax in the high-end plush queen bed, watch your favorite shows on the Samsung 43” OLED Smart Tizen TV with a Sonos soundbar, and refresh in the en suite bathroom with a stone counter vanity and tub/shower combo. An additional half bath on the main level adds convenience for guests.

Explore the surrounding area using the community walking/bike path that can take you to Downtown Whitefish. There are two bikes provided for your use at your own risk. If you choose to use the bike(s), you are responsible for any damages, or if lost or stolen. No helmets are provided. Please make sure to lock the bikes when in public places and return the bikes to the garage when not in use.

In the winter, downhill skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort provides 3,000+ skiable acres, 14 lifts with terrain for all skill levels and stunning views. The resort was recently ranked #3 in the West by Ski Magazine readers! There are plenty of other winter activities from snowmobiling, cross country skiing, ice fishing, hiking, snowshoeing and more. Of course, you'll also want to explore downtown Whitefish eateries and galleries and don't miss Winter Carnival with a parade and skijoring!

In the summer, enjoy all the watersports imaginable at Whitefish Lake, or any of the 100+ lakes & rivers within 100 miles, including Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48! Whitefish Mountain Resort also provides endless activities such as mountain biking, hiking, zip-lining, ropes courses, alpine slides, and scenic chair or gondola rides (with Glacier National Park views). Speaking of Glacier National Park, it's only 45 minutes away from Whitefish! Don't miss the breathtaking Going-To-The-Sun road, Lake McDonald, and 70+day hikes! You'll also want to take advantage of the Whitefish Trail system with 43 miles of hiking & biking trails, as well as great restaurants, art galleries, breweries, distilleries, a train museum, golf courses and local events such as Huckleberry Days, farmer's markets, rodeos and Under the Big Sky music festival!

Getting around Whitefish and to Whitefish Mountain Resort is a breeze with the FREE snow bus! The snow bus is a free shuttle service during peak winter and summer seasons. There are stops all around town and on the mountain. Whitefish also has Uber, Lyft and Taxis.

Mid-stay cleanings are required for all reservations longer than 36 days. The first mid-stay clean is automatically included when you make your reservation. If your reservation requires more than one mid-stay clean, our Guest Service Team will reach out to collect the additional fees. Stay Montana will coordinate a day and time for these mid-stay cleans to occur to keep the loft clean and fresh for the duration of your stay.
