Our corner is more than an apartment, it’s a home away from home with everything you need for a perfect stay:

Total Comfort: Air-conditioning for the hot days (because in Rio makes a "little heat", right?), soft Queen bed for invigorating sleep and that extra single mattress for a friend or family. Bed linen and bath smells wait for you, and the exchange is weekly so you do not worry about anything!

Chef’s Kitchen (or anyone who just wants a meatball!): Fully equipped for you to prepare from a banquet to a quick snack. Blender, coffee maker, pans...has everything!

Technology On: High-speed Wi-Fi for you to post those amazing photos of the trip (and work if you need, but we hope not!) and cable TV to relax after a day of adventures.

Security 24h: Doorway for you to feel calm and safe all the time. Your guests are super welcome!

Pampering and More Pampering: Iron and hair dryer for you always be impeccable. Closet and wardrobe with hangers to organize your bags without stress. Comfortable sofa for the moments of laziness and blackout curtain for that relaxing sleep. Hygienic shower and gas hot water for relaxing baths.

The apartment is divided into 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom, is on the 7th floor, front/back view, less than 5 minutes from the beach.

It has 1 double bed, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electronic lock, household items and hot water.

There is private garage, including your accommodation.

We lend 1 portable cot and bedding for your baby, plus beach chairs, request 1 day before.

Every 7 days we exchange bed and bath linen, request 1 day before.

In the neighborhood you are close to great restaurants, beautiful views, in front of the beach and with transport options and trade. Residential building, safe and cozy; ideal for families and group of friends who come to relax and enjoy a little!

EASY CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT

Remote check-in (from 1 pm): The access password arrives on the day of your stay, directly on your mobile phone (so having WiFi is important!). Arrived earlier? Let us know, and if we don’t have guests leaving, we’d love to help with an early check-in!

Secure ID: For everyone’s safety, we will ask for photos of the documents 2 days before your arrival. Your data is protected by LGPD, rest assured!

Checkout (until 12h): Turn off the devices, close the door and you’re done! Our cleaning team arrives to prepare the apartment for the next guests. Need a late checkout? Let us know in advance, and we will do our best to help!

Best Option: Explore the Urca on foot! It is a delicious neighborhood to walk. For longer distances, metro, trains and buses are good requests (avoid the car in peak times of Rio!).
