As travelers, we emphasize that clear expectations are essential for a positive experience. Therefore, we must clarify the following:

This is a shared apartment. You will be renting a bedroom with a dedicated bathroom adjacent to it. Common areas, including the kitchen, living room, and laundry, will be shared.

Just a friendly reminder that overnight sleeping in the living room isn't allowed since it's a shared space.

This apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. During your stay, you will share the property with other guests, and therefore, only two people are allowed in each bedroom.

The apartment is fully equipped with all the essential amenities to ensure a comfortable experience.

We provide a variety of essential beverages, including water, orange juice, milk, coffee, tea, and a selection of additional snacks.

All guests must be reported before booking; do not bring any unreported guests to stay overnight.

The building complex is safe, peaceful and beautiful, and offers amenities such as a gym and a sauna. A parking spot is available upon request without additional cost.

The bus stop and supermarket are one block away, and the apartment is on the fourth floor, however, the building has 2 elevators, which makes it very convenient for residents and visitors.

Bus to Manhattan 24/7. I'll facilitate the guides to move around back a forth through the city.

The lockbox containing the keys is located outside the apartment. The code and all essential information will be provided to you the day before your arrival to ensure smooth access.
