Bring your walking shoes! Our town-home is located only a mile from dining and shopping in downtown Clemson! Coming for the game? We have the perfect spot in the perfect location! This home has two bedrooms with a king and queen bed, as well as a pull out couch in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need for a home cooked meal as well as a charcoal grill on the back patio! You`ll feel right at home!



You will enter the apartment to see the living room, a half bathroom, kitchen, and laundry areas. The couch does fold out into a king size bed. Upstairs are the bedrooms, 1 king bed and 1 queen sized bed each with their own bathrooms.



Entire home aside from any locked closets.

This apartment is located in the Fort Hill Commons nearby several shops and dining options! Only a 6 minute walk to coffee in the morning!



Guests might find that walking is the best method in this area, especially for GAME DAYS!



There are 2 designated parking spots for this apartment, with a few first come first serve parking spots as well. We do provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, trash bags, etc. Please bring any extras!
