Guests have full control over the thermostat, and we also encourage guests to contact us at any point if something isn’t meeting expectations—we see communication as a partnership and want everyone to feel fully comfortable and supported during their stay. So sorry about the arcade! It’s a simple reset by the light switch. Usually guests accidentally turn it off because they think it’s a light switch. Glad your overall stay was great!
