Originally a beloved local physician’s office, this home has been thoughtfully converted into two separate apartments while maintaining its historic character. The quirky layout reflects its past life: dining rooms in old waiting areas, bedrooms in exam rooms, and even a desk nook where the receptionist once sat. The Loft (Upstairs):
This second-floor apartment features 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds, 1 with a cozy bunk bed), 1 full bath, and an additional half bath.
