Perfect for our family of 4. Large dining area. TVs in almost every room including the back patio. Pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. Carport for shaded parking was also great. Brittany was easy to work with and great with communication.

Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with our stay and ultimately had to cancel because the property was not in a condition where we felt comfortable staying.The house was overall not clean, and the biggest issue was the pool and hot tub. Both were absolutely disgusting and the water was literally green. They were clearly not properly cleaned or maintained and were completely unusable.Since the pool and hot tub were a major part of why we booked this property, finding them in that condition was incredibly disappointing. We could not stay at the property under those circumstances and had to make other arrangements.We expected the property to be clean and ready for guests, but unfortunately, that was not our experience. Based on the condition of the home and especially the pool and hot tub, we would not recommend this property.

We are truly sorry and honestly embarrassed that you arrived to the pool and hot tub in that condition. That is absolutely not the experience we want any of our guests to have, especially when you’re arriving for a vacation. We immediately terminated our relationship with the previous pool company and hired a larger, highly reputable pool company to take over. We also discovered that the previous company had been using outdated photos and, even more concerning, had failed to notify us that both the pool pump and hot tub pump had gone out. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we were more than happy to issue you a full refund. We completely understand your disappointment, and there was never any hesitation on our end to make that right. We can’t change what you walked into, and we are truly sorry that this happened during your vacation. All we can do is take responsibility, apologize sincerely, and make sure the proper changes have been made so this does not happen again.

Very central location for everything we wanted to do in AZ. Comfortable and a lot of space for a family to have space and enjoy time together. Pool and Hot tub were not clean when we arrived, but the owner responded immediately and had someone out there that day to take care of it. Unfortunately it sounds like the previous renter caused some damage to both and so we did not have a pool or hot tub for our trip. The outdoor space is beautiful though and this was just an unfortunate timing situation. Brittany communicated and we made the best of it. We would definitely stay here again if we visit AZ in the future.

This house had plenty of room and beds for a group/family and is very comfortable. The area is a bit noisy, but it is centrally located and very accessible to both the airport and the University.

Overall a very good property for our needs. The only issue we ran into was the pool cleaner showed up about 7pm on our checkin day, treated the water with chemicals that caused it to go very cloudy. The cloudless never cleared for the remainder of our stay. We contacted the manager the first night and were told it was safe about an hour after. We were able to use the pool and had no ill effects
