We're glad the home was clean at check-in and that the rooftop and pool were enjoyable, but the state of the pool surround, the lights, the keypad trouble, and the delay in getting you something as basic as kitchen towels are not the experience we want anyone to have — especially when it meant you had to go out and buy them yourself. Every one of these points has been passed along to our team, including the response times and the closet code that didn't work.
