The Space:
We’re excited to welcome you to our inviting top-floor 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with breathtaking views of Downtown Dallas. This modern retreat is designed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

**BEDROOM / LIVING ROOM**
Our stylish space offers a perfect blend of comfort and flexibility:

- **Bedroom:** Includes two full-size bunk beds, complete with luxurious foam mattresses, pillows, and linens.
- **Living Room:** Features a 50” 4K HDR Smart TV, a work desk, office chair, and a spacious walk-in closet. A baby crib is also available.
- **Second Bedroom:** Separated from the living area by large curtains, this room offers two king-size beds, one queen-size bed, a sofa bed, a 55” 4K HDR Smart TV with Netflix, and a coffee table.

This setup accommodates up to 16 guests with a total of 8 beds.

**KITCHEN & DINING**
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and includes:

- **Appliances:** Microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher.
- **Extras:** Coffee maker, kettle, sink with hot and cold water, trays, glasses, silverware, and pots & pans.

**BATHROOM**
The private bathroom is stocked with essentials:

Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be refused entry during check-in as per the Building Parking Policy.

Examples of vehicles that will be denied access include:

1. Vehicles with breathalyzers, makeshift or unreliable controls, or faulty brakes.
2. Large vehicles, such as sprinter vans, long economy vans, vehicles with 10 or more passengers, or anything exceeding the height limit of 6'8".
3. Dually trucks or service trucks with wide wheels, lockers, or containers (these are difficult to maneuver in the garage).
4. After-market lifted vehicles or those with oversized custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles without car-type controls.

Pets are welcome based on their size; please notify us in advance to avoid any issues with your reservation. A cleaning fee per pet will apply:

- $25 per night per pet for stays of 1 to 4 nights
- $200 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights
- $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more

The company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.

Guest verification is required before check-in. You may need to submit a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete the verification portal, and possibly undergo a background check. This information is used solely for screening and security purposes.

All guests must sign a rental agreement and agree to:

- Follow our rental terms and conditions.
- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
- Complete a background check if required.
- Finish the verification process to receive check-in instructions.

Please submit the necessary information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.

Note: Surveillance cameras are in place in hallways for security, and a Minut device is used in the unit to monitor noise levels.
