Keep all noise inside the house after 10:00 PM. Any noise complaints from neighbors or police visits will result in a $250 fine each time.
The first 20 guests are covered under the base rate. Any additional guests will be a $25 charge up until the day of arrival. After that date, it will be $50 per person that shows up that was not previously agreed upon. (A guest is defined as anyone that enters the home for more than 10 minutes)
There will be surveillance in the front, back and living room of the property. A $1500 fine will be issued if any of the cameras are covered.
If there is any evidence that there is an animal in the property, there will be a $500 pet fee.
There will be a $50 fine per cigarette butt or cigarette package found.
A $200 fine for each person smoking inside of the house
There will be a $200 charge per body fluid found in the property such as throw up or sexual bodily fluids.
The home must be left exactly how it was found. The cleaning charge covers the make ready clean and not a deep clean. If there is any extra cleaning services needed on the property then that will be covered by the guest.
There will be a $500 DJ or live music fee if discussed the day before booking. After the day of booking, the fee will increase to $1500.
There will be a $50 fine each time someone blocks a neighbor's car or drive way.
If there are weapons or illegal drug use, there will be a fine of $200.
