**Pet Policy**

We welcome pets based on size, but prior notification is required to prevent reservation cancellation. A pet cleaning fee applies as follows:

- **1–4 Nights:** $35 per night

- **5–29 Nights:** $250 total

- **30+ Nights:** $400 total



**Guest Verification**

To comply with legal regulations and ensure security, all guests must complete a verification process before check-in. This may include:

- Submitting a government-issued photo ID

- Confirming contact details

- Completing verification through our secure portal

- Undergoing a background check if required

**Rental Agreement**

All guests must sign a rental agreement, which includes:

The thermostat is preset to a comfortable temperature range. Only the Host can adjust it remotely if necessary. Guests may request temperature changes, as direct control access is limited.
