These equipment will not infringe upon your privacy. To disable or obscure these devices is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
No Smoking: We have a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. ($500 fee for every violation)
Late Check-Out Fee: Check-out time is important so that we can prepare for the next guest. If you need more time, please let me know in advance, as a late check-out will attract an hourly fee. (Late check out will result in a $50 hourly fee)
