Our full kitchen is a highlight, equipped with all cooking basics, a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, freezer, refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker, and plenty of dishes and silverware, all cleaned effortlessly by the dishwasher before you gather around the dining table. Enjoy the Québec summers on your private patio or balcony, complete with an outdoor dining area and BBQ grill, overlooking the backyard. For families and long term stays allowed guests, the in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light. Safety is ensured with a smoke alarm and privacy by your own private entrance. Location is everything: you are just a short walk to the historic Plains of Abraham and the vibrant restaurant scene on Grande Allée, while the iconic Old Québec and MNBAQ are a brief drive or bus ride away. Best of all, enjoy the rarity of free street parking, with paid parking on premises and off premises options also available. We provide all essential comforts, including hangers and wine glasses, making this your effortless home base for exploring the city.


Note: The cameras cover the front and rear of the building in addition to covering the entrance to the building to ensure everyone`s safety. NO cameras are installed inside the accommodations.

We do not offer letter, receipts or any paperwork apart what you receive from your booking. If you want any particular paperwork to be produced by us there will be extra fees charged to the guest. Nor we are tourist guide, google will be your best tool.

Note: Even though your dog is a support animal, there will be a $10 fee per dog, per night, for your stay. We will waive the extra pet count if you have two or three dogs (maximum), but the $10 nightly fee still applies. This is because having animals in the unit leads to higher cleaning costs, increased risk of damage to furniture, and potential issues with other tenants in the building or future guests staying in the same unit — especially those with pet allergies.

During your stay in our accommodation, we provide Wi-Fi. However, we are not responsible for any Internet outages. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible with our technician and/or Internet provider, but we cannot be held liable for any financial losses or damages that may result from such interruptions.

Additionally, we provide basic supplies such as toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels. If there is a dishwasher, we will include a few pods or capsules for a limited number of uses. The same applies to the washing machine — we will provide a few laundry detergent pods for your stay. However, we are not responsible for restocking these items, regardless of the length of your stay. You will need to purchase more if needed.
