* Pool heating is optional and must be requested 48 hours in advance.
Note that the attached spa is not a jacuzzi and shares the water
temperature with the pool. Pool heaters may not operate in cold
weather, and refunds are not available if desired temperatures are
not reached.
* Barbecue rental is available for an additional fee.
* Guests are responsible for placing trash in the resort dumpster
daily.

Additional Information

* Guests receive some complimentary supplies upon arrival; however,
the house is self-catering, and guests should purchase additional
personal toiletries and meals.
* Wash towels are considered personal items, and guests are advised
to bring their own. Other towels will be provided in accordance
with the number of guests.
* There is no daily housekeeping service included, but mid-stay
cleaning can be arranged for an additional charge.
* Online purchases should not be sent via USPS, as deliveries may not
be recognized; only UPS, DHL, and FedEx are accepted. The property
is not responsible for any issues with online deliveries.
* Additional charges may apply if the owner needs to fix damages or
clean excessively due to non-compliance with rules.
