Hello Clayton, We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay at Sweet Carolina! Unfortunately, some building codes have changed for the dune decks since others in the area have been built, but I will send this along to our developer to see if they can design them any differently. We will also look to creating a page in our orange information binders for the electronics of the home. We usually put them on the walls next to the electronics, but sometimes they get lost. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at our property. We're glad to hear that you found the house to have a nice layout and comfortable beds; however, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We regret that you encountered difficulties with the availability of amenities such as soap, dishwasher pods, and hand towels. I did see that we did end up bringing you all the supplies needed after we were made aware. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused. We strive to address guest concerns promptly. Regarding the cleanliness of the house, we apologize for falling short of your expectations. However, the home was cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival and time stamped pictures were taken and we did not find or see anything wrong with the cleanliness to validate your claims. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness is a priority for us. We're sorry to hear about the power outage and the subsequent inconvenience caused by the alarm triggering. KEES cannot control when the power goes out or when it will get restored. The alarms can be challenging at times and may take a while to trouble shoot the problem. The more information you can give us the easier it is to fix the problem. Sometimes we have to ask questions to figure out the solution in a timely fashion. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during the resolution process, and we will work to prevent similar issues in the future. We are sorry to hear about your interaction with a staff member and we hold our staff to high standards of professionalism and customer service, and after investigating this, it is understood that this staff member was trying her best to get the situation handled as quickly as possible without having to involve more departments. We did not want the police department to have to show up along with the fire department when we could have walked you through it as easily as possible. We take your feedback seriously and will use it to make improvements to our property and services. We understand your frustration and apologize for any negative experiences you had during your stay. We hope that you will reconsider staying with us in the future, as we would welcome the opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience. We do apologize for the deck and patio lights not being replaced before your arrival, and for the fireplace being nonoperational during your trip. We're glad our maintenance team could come out the next day to replace the bulbs. A work order has been made to address the fireplace as well. We understand not being able to use it during this time of year was frustrating. We hope the movie theater room made for a great night in, and are glad to hear you loved the amenities of the home!
