The Space:

Inside the home, rustic charm meets modern comfort. The living room is warm and inviting, with high-peaked ceilings, a cozy fireplace, a plush sofa, loveseat, two comfy chairs, and a smart TV—perfect for movie nights after a day in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, plus a Keurig and drip coffee maker to fuel your mornings. Pull up a seat at the counter with space for four, or gather around the unique dining table, which doubles as a bumper pool and poker table—ideal for family fun or late-night card games.



Step outside and you’ll find even more to love. Unwind on the spacious deck with a firepit, ideal for roasting marshmallows or enjoying a glass of wine under the stars. Around the back, the patio features a private hot tub and a grill, making it a perfect spot for relaxing evenings or casual BBQs. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 sets of twin-over-full bunk beds and a smart TV.



This home includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.

• There is NO washer and dryer available. Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning, odors, or damage beyond normal use.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles.

• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras; (1) located at the front deck and actively monitoring the driveway, (2) is also located at and actively monitoring the backyard, and (3) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front deck.

• This home is pet friendly. Animals are not allowed on furniture and should not be left unattended. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet, per day, that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
