This is a great condo, perfect location and loved having the golf cart. My only issue was not really having any grass in the back yard for my dogs. Amazing place and would definitely stay here again!

We had a good stay overall. The house is very nice and spacious, beds were comfortable. Master bath was very nice. But the large bathroom with tub - well the area for the toilet was very small for larger people. Downstairs toilet was more spacious. The golf cart was a great plus - until the brakes went out. The very large kitchen and living room were lovely. The only drawback to the property was the air conditioning - got very hot in the afternoons. We spent a lot of time indoors for this trip, preparing for a beach wedding and followed the advice of the owners in keeping the doors shut as much as possible, but the HVAC system did not keep up with the heat. Had to shut off the sunroom entirely as the air conditioner in this room did not work at all. Backyard was nice. Finally, the lack of parking for a house that advertises to sleep 10 (we only had 5) was a problem for us.

Great place to stay

Beautiful home, close to the beach and St. Andrews Park. Golf cart was a bonus. I didn't think we would use it much, but I hurt my foot just 3 weeks before our trip so it came in handy. Outdoor shower was perfect for after beach trips. Definitely a 5 star home!

House was not at all what we imagined with the pictures. I believe the turn off was the cleaning job…. Very bad! We had to call property management to get this corrected within 30 minutes of our arrival. Kitchen did not have some ‘essentials’ you would think that comes with a rental (kitchen rags, cheese grater, pot holders to name a few). My husband fixed the mirror on the golf cart and the door knob inside the home as they were both about to fall off. A/C and fan on back living room area did not work, however management brought a box fan during our stay but the room still stayed pretty warm. Grill outside was disgusting and was cleaned up by us as well. Overall I would give this home 2 stars for location and sleeping arrangements.

We especially liked having the golf cart and used a couple of times to go to the beach very close by and we took out to dinner at Scooners restaurant nearby and a local run to the Dollar general. Home itself was nicely furnished..just like photos listed...I too wished it had some grass for our puppy outback. I liked the following day after check-in someone from the rental company to see that we got in ok and if any maintenance help needed to let them know..that was nice!! Only complaint I felt was the front door could have had stronger door closure. Overall clean and lots of room for our family and pup!

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Swell Beach House! This home truly has everything you need for a relaxing, hassle-free vacation.One of our favorite amenities was the electric golf cart. It made getting to Beach Access 11 incredibly easy and convenient. A helpful tip for future guests: avoid driving on the main road since the cart is not tagged for it. The side roads are less crowded, just as scenic, and lead to the same destination.The home itself is beautifully decorated with a perfect beach-house atmosphere. There is plenty of room for the entire family to spread out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, making it easy to serve up a big brunch before heading out for a full day at the beach.The living room and bonus room provided great entertainment space while maintaining a relaxing coastal vibe. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and extra linens are available if needed.The outdoor shower was fantastic and practically eliminated bringing sand into the house. We also appreciated the abundance of towels and the convenience of the full-size washer and dryer.Blue Swell Beach House truly has everything necessary for a memorable beach vacation. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to booking with Blue Swell in the future. They offer plenty of wonderful properties to choose from.Thank you, Blue Swell, for a fantastic stay!
