Welcome to Mermaids Manor. This charming 4 bedroom/2 bath home is a new listing, but this home has been a well-loved for many years & this location offers plenty of fun! The home can accommodate 7 guests. Queen beds are in 3 of the bedrooms and a twin is offered in the office/bedroom w/ a small desk & high speed wifi. Minutes to the beach. Some beach supplies & beach towels. Pets are allowed if they are approved prior to your stay. A charge of $130 per pet is required. Up to two pets per visit.
The space
Living Room: The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It has a couch, a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and a cozy recliner.
Kitchen: The kitchen has granite countertops, a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, disposal and a dishwasher. It's fully equipped with all the essentials to cook a meal. The dining area has a coffee station for all the coffee lovers, including a Keurig and K-Cups & Creamer & Truvia packets are provided.
Bedroom 1: The first bedroom has a queen-size bed with plush pillows, a flat-screen TV, and blinds for uninterrupted sleep. Also has a small cot. This room also has the full size washer and dryer with a large walk in closet. w/ hangers and a luggage rack.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a twin-size bed, soft linens, and plush pillows. This room also has a small desk and chair.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, soft linens, hangers and plush pillows.
Bedroom 4: The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed, soft linens, hangers, luggage rack and plush pillows.

Bathroom 1: Large soaker tub with a spacious stand-up shower and gorgeous tile work. The bathroom's color scheme creates a calming and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for washing away the sand and salt from a day spent at the beach.
Bathroom 2: Tub/shower combo.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: For guests traveling between June 1 & November 30, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance through VRBO to protect against flight cancellations or delays.
We provide our guests 4 beach towels.
The driveway fits two vehicles.
