GUESS ACCESS
➔ Guests have access to all parts of the home except for attic
(Closets, drawers, most of the refrigerator/freezer/pantry are filled with host family's personal belongings)
➔ For the kitchen, we only provide microwave, toaster, water boiler, Keurig coffee set, tea, bowls/cups/wine glass, and one shelf of the refrigerator for guest use


BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THE HOUSE RULES. - Thank you!
➔ Only registered guests are allowed. Non registered guests are not allowed on the property. Any violation results in a fine of $100 person/night. (Guest numbers for short term rentals are limited by Borough Regulations.)
➔ No smoking/vaping inside. If smoke is detected, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged.
➔ No events or parties. Please respect the neighbors, no loud music after 9:30PM. If a wild party is detected, a $1000 fee will be charged and cops will be sent to the house immediately.

➔ PETS. Please provide us with the pet information and if approved there is a $200 pet fee per stay. Thanks for checking with us before your stay. We ask our guests to ensure the following:
1. Please make sure that the dog is always supervised, no markings, etc.
2. Please do not let dogs on the furniture, bed, couch, table etc.
3. If you must leave your dog alone, please put them in their crate or kennel.
4. Please pick up dogs poop on the backyard.
5. Please note extra cleaning charges will result if indoor dog waste is not picked up or accidents happen on furniture.
6. We don't provide crate or kennel, please bring your own. Thank you!
