Second bedroom has a double bed, closets, A/C, ceiling fan, smart tv and a safe. Bathroom is out side. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and much more. Next to the kitchen we have a fantastic balcony facing the amazing caribbean sea where you can see the boats come and go during the day and all the people walking on the beach. The living room features a comfy sofa bed that can be use for the Fifth guest, there is also another smart tv. The common areas include a rooftop pool, gym, spa area, elevator. For monthly Rentals electricity is not included. - *No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Hanging clothes or towels over the balcony is not allowed. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are not allowed. - Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. - If you are bringing your car, kindly let us know in advance so we can provide you with the garage remote control. - No unregistered guests will be permitted on the property without written permission from the property management/owner. - Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
