With its spacious living area, the cozy retreat truly brings people together! This home has been outfitted with enough space and function for up to 6 people to enjoy spending free time connecting with those around them. Remote workers and students find refuge in the office or utilizing our high speed internet from around the house.
Relax in the open and inviting living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen tv.
Preparing a tasty meal has never been more fun in this kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots, pans, plates, bowls & utensils. The open floor plan allows you to interact with everyone in the great room without missing a beat. Then enjoy meals at the dining table.

Comfortably enjoy all 3 bedrooms in this ranch style home. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and a full bathroom. The next bedroom also has a queen bed. The third bedroom is a full bed.
Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap; Hairdryers are available in the property as well.

Belmont is a charming suburban city and has plenty of restaurants, bars, and retail as well as easy access to Charlotte and Lake Wylie. Harris Teeter, a grocery store, is right around the corner. Rocky Branch Park is less than 4 minutes away featuring wonderful walking trails.

Guest access
Guests have private access to all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and laundry room. Only the locked owner's closet and the other unit attached to the back of house. Owner resides in separate unit at back, connected only through kitchen door which is securely locked to ensure guest privacy. Unit and carport are off-limits.
Guest Parking is available in the driveway to the left. The covered garage (Carport) is off limits to guests.
Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group.
An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.
Other things to note
Unfortunately we do NOT allow pets. Any pet will result in a $350 fine and additional cleaning charges up to $300.
We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
To ensure safety and security each guest is required to complete the check-in form including a valid government ID. Non complete or inaccurate information in the arrival form will result in a termination of your stay without refund.
The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.
*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.
Additional house rules
We use a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities, a completed copy will be sent to you before your reservation starts. Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental. Your stay is very important to us! Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to a fine.
Check-in and Checkout
Check-in is at 5:00 PM unless purchased prior day ($99 + Booking platform fees); early check-in is at 1:00 PM)
Check-out is at 11:00 AM Check-in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols.
Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible. Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.
Quiet Enjoyment
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, we ask that you please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises, and no parties are permitted whatsoever. Any disturbance of the neighbors will result in a $400 fine as well as the termination of your stay without refund. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels.

Enjoy private access to the entire home, all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and laundry room. Only the locked owner's closet and the other unit attached to the house. Owner resides in separate unit at back, connected only through kitchen door which is securely locked to ensure Guest Privacy. Unit and carport are off-limits.
Parking is available in the driveway. Carport is off limit.
To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property. Any pet will result in a $350 fine and additional cleaning charges up to $300.
Parking
Parking is available in the driveway and on the street, with a maximum of 2-3 cars. Guest can park on the grass area if required.
Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500.
Damages
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.
Internet Usage
By using the internet provided at any of our properties, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows. We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.

Guests are responsible for all of the following: Please understand any violation of the checkout procedures will result in increased cleaning costs and will result in fine.
Bedding and towels - Place used towels and linens on the floor of each room.
Dirty Dishes - Rinse dirty dishes and put in the dishwasher and start before departure. Hand wash pots & pans and place in drying rack
Cleaning - Wipe spills on surfaces like floors and counters Use rags, paper towels, or wipes DO NOT use white towels Sweep the floor of any noticeable debris Use broom, vacuum, or swiffer
Exiting the Property
Turn off all lights and lock doors upon departure
Owner resides in separate unit at back, connected only through kitchen door which is securely locked. Unit and carport are off-limits.
