Serenity Now! Oceanfront 2BR Wildwood Crest condo with gorgeous pool!

Location, location, location! Your Serenity awaits you on the beautiful Wildwood Crest beach! This prime condo fronts directly on the always free beach, so there's nothing between you and the sand but the gorgeous heated swimming pool. In addition to the heated pool the Madrid building has a full complement of amenities including: relaxing sun deck, gas BBQ grills, picnic area, outside shower, volleyball court, laundry/game room, and onsite cafe. You can even watch Wildwood's fireworks from the sun deck on Friday nights in July and August! To make your days on the beach even easier the unit comes with a "beach box", which is a small storage unit (4' x 4' x 2.5') for keeping chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. right on the beach. A reserved parking spot is also included, as well as a Wildwood Crest parking pass for free parking of a second vehicle in the nearby metered parking spots.

'Serenity Now' has 2 bedrooms separated by a living room with nicely equipped kitchen. This layout makes it perfect for larger families or 2 families that enjoy togetherness but also want their own space. Each bedroom and the living room have a full bathroom with tub, making it easier for everyone to wash up after a fun day in the sun. The first bedroom has 2 queen beds with Serta mattresses (1 plush and 1 medium), while the second bedroom has a queen bed with plush Serta mattress and a twin-sized bunkbed. Also in the second bedroom is a small loveseat opposite the TV with easily accessible HDMI port, making it perfect for gamers that bring their own game consoles. All 3 TV's have Chromecast receivers to accommodate streaming over WiFi with chromecast-enabled apps.

- The upper bunk in the second bedroom is rated for 225 pounds
- The full size sleeper-sofa in the living room is large enough for 1 adult or 2 children
- Linens and towels are NOT included; there are several companies in Wildwood that provide linen rentals for your convenience
- The reserved parking spot can accommodate small to medium sized vehicles; larger vehicles such as full sized trucks must use the Wildwood Crest parking pass to park for free in the nearby metered spaces
