Madisonville's location offers easy access to downtown Cincinnati (less than 15 minutes) and major highways, making it convenient for accessing city amenities.

In recent years, Madisonville has seen significant investment and revitalization, with new businesses, restaurants, and community projects enhancing its appeal.

Overall, Madisonville is a vibrant and evolving neighborhood that blends historic charm with modern development, creating a unique and dynamic living environment.

Your personal vehicle, a rental, or Uber are all options. Parking is either free or metered in most locations. Not really an issue except in proximity to big events which most often include their own parking options.

Please remember you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

To ensure a positive experience for guests and neighbors, a minimum of three (3) prior guest reviews is required, and prior reviews must be 5-stars across the guest’s review history. The home is designed for visiting travelers and is not available for local stays of fewer than five (5) nights. All reservations are subject to approval.

Early check-in (before 4 PM) or late check-out (after 10 AM) may be available when requested at least 24 hours in advance. Cost for booking extensions is $25/hour. Exact times and amounts to be confirmed when extensions are approved. Please note, cleaning schedules are often tight so not all requests can be accommodated. To ensure my cleaning crew has sufficient time so that all guests are presented with the same high standard preparation I pride myself on, guests staying past check-out without permission will incur a $50/hour charge.

A seven percent (7%) City of Cincinnati Short Term Rental Excise Tax is added to all bookings.
