** ** Notice of construction: Contractor will begin mobilization activities early December 2025. In-unit work begins January 12, 2026. Construction will involve short periods of noise due to installation of new anchors and use of hammer drills, but noise should not last long or be continuous. Elevators and hallways may be busier as workers move equipment and materials through them. Guest should expect some activity and presence of workers in common areas such as hallways. Floor protection will be used on main travel routes to minimize any mess. Cranes will be set up at different locations around the building during the duration of construction.
