What some guests may not like about our listing:
- The backyard opens up to the park behind, meaning people walking by will be able to see in. It is not super private, but its also not a very busy park most of the time.
- The garage will not be accessible to guests, but there is more than enough parking area to use outside.

Our house comfortably sleeps 13 with 3 Queen beds, a queen bunk bed in the downstairs bedroom, 2 fold out/futon style couches (with extra mattress pads for comfort) and a large couch in the theater room that can be used as well. The home occupancy permits 14 people.

Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You will have access to the entire place during your stay, other than the garage and one cleaners closet.

We live about 25 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host).
