Located in Osage Beach, enjoy what this 3-bedroom, 2 Bath condo has to offer. With a brilliant king bed, and 2 queen beds, guests will feel right at home. The condo features 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer, shower, and bathtub. Additionally, there is a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Enjoy all that Osage Beach has to offer when you stay at our place.

There is something for everyone here at the Lake, whether you are looking for a family friendly vacation, romantic getaway, outdoor adventure, shopping trip, or a round of golf. This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps 8. Located in the popular, family friendly complex of The Ledges Condominiums
The Ledges Condominiums, one of the most popular locations at the lake, is situated on the cove side of the complex at the 21-mile marker. Besides its magnificent view, we have nice Electric Grill on the patio for your grilling experience.
This complex offers the following amenities:
• Two lakeview pools, one lakefront and one up on the hill, both with spectacular views.
• Sandy beach with lake access for swimming
• Playground
• Fishing/swimming from the docks
By water or by land this unit is conveniently located. Walmart and Dierbergs are closely located for groceries and drinks. If you need a night off from cooking, it is located a quick boat ride or car ride to many great waterfront restaurants, such as Redhead Yacht Club, Dog Days, Backwater Jacks, and for breakfast you must try The Cozy Café. The Outlet mall, putt putt golf, and go carting can be found only a few miles away.
You don't even have to leave bed for a speculator view of water and boats. This master bedroom is lined with over-sized windows that overlooks the lake. It also has a king-sized bed, flat screen tv, Roku, and a private bathroom.
The second bedroom features a Queen size bed that sleep 2 guests, tv, and Roku.
The third bedroom features a Queen size bed that sleeps 2 guests, tv, and Roku
Living area includes a queen-sized sofa bed that sleeps 2 guest, flat screen tv, Roku, sliding glass doors that lead to the patio, which gives amazing views of the water.
Enjoy our larger patio with our electric grill. VERY CONVENIENT to the Boat Docks!
To make your stay more enjoyable we give you the convenience of traveling light. We supply linens, 9 bath towels, 2 paper towel rolls, 10 garbage bags, 4 rolls of toilet paper, and soaps (such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent). We also have a NEW full-size washer and dryer for your extended stays.
No boat launch at this location.
No trailer parking available at this location from May to September
