The space
General Guidelines
Check-in & Check-out:
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please be mindful of these times to allow us to prepare the space for the next guest.
- During Check-In the host will contact you 15 minutes before the check-in time to share the lockbox code and instructions to access the building.
- During Check-Out the host will contact you to provide the instructions and checkups before your departure. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11:00 AM will have an additional cost.
- Cleaning services will arrive 30 minutes after Check-Out.
Quiet Hours:
- To respect all residents, quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep in mind, that this is a residential building.
- Avoid initiating conversations with neighbors to avoid complaints.
Common Areas:
- Keep hallways, elevators, and shared spaces clean and free of clutter.
- Use the outdoor shower next to the beach access after a beach day. Sand or water in common areas (lobby, elevator, hallways, etc.) is prohibited.
- Please do not hang beach towels on the hallway balcony or the apartment balcony. Use racks inside the apartment.
- Please do not leave trash outside the apartment.
- Respect Others: Be mindful of noise levels, especially in shared spaces.
- Clean Up After Yourself: Dispose of trash properly and keep areas tidy for other guests and residents.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the building, common areas and the apartment.
- Limit Personal Items: Do not leave personal belongings in hallways or other shared spaces of the building (hallways, lobby, etc.)
Security:
- The building is secure, and entry is allowed only for registered guests.
- Family members, friends, or acquaintances are not allowed in the building, common areas or the apartment.
- Do not share lockbox code or keys with non-guests. If someone in the building asks for this information, please report it to the host immediately.
- The building has surveillance cameras recording at all times.
Parking:
- Parking space is not available on the premises. Please consider using street parking if a car is rented.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in the building, common areas or the apartment.
Additional Information:
- Power outages can occasionally occur, but our building is equipped with a partial generator to ensure essential services remain operational. It provides power for the elevator, common hallway lighting, and entry gates. Refunds will not be issued if there are power outages.
