The host were amazing and the house was as well. Definitely will be returning to this beautiful home. The pool gets deep fast but the have a ton of floaties to choose from

Some of the amenities could use an upgrade. We played Cornhole but the boards had peeling stickers and the arcade 1up machines controls were not working properly. It was probably due to lots of play from previous stays.The property is clean and not far from Phoenix downtown. Plenty of room for everyone. Quick and easy access and communication with the caretaker was answered quickly.

The house was beautiful and had lots of space for my whole family. The kids loved the pool and appreciated the toys and floaties to use. However, communication with the host was very poor. I received messages on how to check in and check out, which seemed to just be automated messages. When I had concerns about the house, I texted and sent a message on VRBO to the host, but received no response at all.

We stayed for 5 days as a family of four (two adults, kids ages 7 and 5). This place was perfect! Located 15-25 minutes from everything we need. It's in a quiet little neighborhood with people out walking. It's very spacious and had everything we needed. We LOVED the two arcade games (so did our kids, who entertained themselves for an hour with the games before we had to wake up!). Additionally, there were fun games that we played. It also had the main streaming services offered in the main room. The bunk beds were adorable. Loved having a washer dryer, green space, covered outdoor space, and a pool. It was unusually cool and rainy, but we still made use of the pool for a little! I loved the little towels for makeup removal. Everything was just perfect. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was the garage door. It looked like there was a keypad, but it was covered and locked (?). We did not ask if there was a keypad, we just opened and closed it from inside the house. I would have felt safe leaving our car on the driveway, too. We did not use it, but there appeared to be a pack-n-play.

The place was perfect but the host or owner keep sending me emails accusing me of throwing a party after I told her so many times it was only me and my 2 kids so I felt like she was judging me cause if the way I look or the host was been racist .

There were a quite a few issues with cleanliness like the shower having really bad calcium buildup, the furniture and sheets were stained, the appliances in the kitchen didn’t work well, there were soooo many crickets inside, and some of the pictures were definitely outdated because there were different furnishings than pictured but overall the stay was good. If the cleanliness was better this would easily have been 8.5-9 stars and we would return.

Overall we had a great stay! The location is wonderful and the host was always in communication! The kids loved the pool! The cleanliness of the house was questionable. The towels definitely smelled like they hadn't been washed. There were bugs and a dead bug in the main bathtub that had been there for a while. The air conditioner filters were filthy! So bad the one in the main bedroom didn't work and there were still crickets everywhere like previous reviews had mentioned. The room with bunk beds has no fan and was terribly hot. The kids just slept in the living room the second night. Overall, nice neighborhood and good enough for what we needed!

Property listed was as described, clean open environment, comfortable beds plenty of space. Unfortunately it rained during our stay so we weren’t able to utilize the pool but overall good experience.

The house is close enough freeway to be confident but feels secluded. So much space in the common areas inside and outside. Great house.

Beautiful location looking at Piestewa Peak right near the Biltmore district and super easy Hwy 51 access. Home was large with all the kitchen items you would need. Two large beds were firm. Pool was great and had a view of the peak too. It was fun to watch night hikers come down the mountain. Owner was very very responsive to some issues that arose and got taken care of. The biggest downside is that the furniture is not comfortable at all. The green couches are broken down. And the outside furniture around the fire pit felt like it was going to break. If this place had more comfortable lounge furniture it would go a long way.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the 51.The couches and chairs need to be updated because the cushions are warped. The video games were great and my family thoroughly enjoyed playing them. The host responded quickly to my concerns of banging in the pipes in the middle of the night, however it continued each night while we were there.

This home is in a great location! Right off the freeway in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s an older home with nice updates. We enjoyed the Xbox and other games they had. Our only complaint is it wasn’t that clean. But I would give them another chance.
