We are so incredibly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, especially regarding the living room chair and the building's elevator. While we were aware of the elevator and chair, we wish the other smaller items had been brought to our attention during your visit, as we would have gladly sent our team out immediately to do our best and address them for you. Please know that we have now scheduled to dispatch maintenance to inspect everything you mentioned. Regarding the elevator outages, we completely understand how challenging and exhausting taking the stairs must have been; while building-wide elevator operations are fully managed by the complex homeowners association, we always heavily advocate for our guests whenever these disruptions occur.
