Welcome to Santa Fe Getaway, a spacious and inviting 5-bedroom vacation home that comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Perfect for large family getaways or multi-family gatherings, this beautifully designed retreat offers the ideal blend of comfort, entertainment, and natural beauty—all just minutes from the best attractions Deep Creek Lake has to offer. Spread out across three levels, the home features two bedrooms on the lower level, two on the main floor, and a cozy bunk room on the upper level. The lower level doubles as a fun-filled game space, complete with a pool table and foosball table for hours of indoor entertainment.

Step outside to unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the firepit under the stars, or relax with your morning coffee on the spacious deck offering seasonal views of Deep Creek Lake. Conveniently located near hiking trails, ski slopes, boating, restaurants, and more, Santa Fe Getaway is your home base for year-round adventure.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*This home's kitchen is equipped with a standard coffee pot.
*Max parking spaces for this home is 6; garage access is not available
*Driveway is steep
*This is a non-smoking/vaping property
*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

PETS:
This home allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs to join in the fun. No other pets are permitted. Bringing more than two dogs will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *All cancellations will incur a non-refundable processing fee*
