Dieses Haus wurde im Sommer des Jahres 2012 gekauft und wurde entkernt und mit einem professionellen Designer und Dekorateur komplett umgebaut. Das Anwesen verfügt über eine offene Küche mit Theke und brandneuen Bosch Appliances. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer-von denen alle waren einfach erneuert. Das kürzlich geschlossene Veranda können Sie das Meer bei jedem Wetter zu genießen! Dies ist eine Sitzecke mit beiden Osten und Süden Aussicht! Wir haben allen Komfort von zu Hause inbegriffen- nur zu Fuß aus Ihrer Tür, holen die Liegestühle und mosey auf an den Strand!

Die Wohnung ist in einem schönen Komplex in einer ruhigen Strandabschnitt mit nur 4 Einheiten, der Weltklasse, 5-Diamant Ponte Vedra Inn & Club befindet sich nur 2 Meilen südlich und etwa 20 Minuten nördlich von historischen St. Augustine ... ideal für Mayo Termine !!!

Easy and Beachy

Right on the beach, great kid bedroom, beautiful lanai, and easy in/out. Some of the materials could have been better (inaccurate information left by host) but they were responsive and wonderful when we had questions. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Picturesque beach

Perfect for our family. Right on the beach with plenty of room and seating. It had everything we needed and more. Extremely comfortable, convenient and the only noise were the waves rolling in. It was our second time staying here and we will be back. Overall an A+

Family vacation

Can’t beat the location

Property was just as described. Just a 60 second walk to the beach. It’s so nice to be able to hear the ocean as you sleep. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room to spare. Perfect place to spend a long weekend with the family.

Great location with everything we needed!

This is our second stay in Saltaire, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The location is great, directly overlooking the ocean. One of the best features is the lanai, which is enclosed with sliding glass doors that open to the sound of the ocean. We spent much of our time there. There are stairs leading directly from the lanai down to the beach walkway, and there is a storage room with beach necessities at the bottom of the stairs. This made accessing the beach with our grandchildren so easy. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful spot!

We had a fabulous time! The condo - - and the porch - - are right on the ocean. We loved the waves crashing and the tides coming and going. A beautiful, UNCROWDED beach to enjoy! Condo is clean, well maintained, nicely stocked. Would highly recommend!

Great location.

The unit was on the beach front and the view was amazing. There was only one set of keys to the unit and multiple doors with different locks. We had 3 couples and if we went different places that was difficult .

This is a lovely condo on the beach in Ponte Vedra Beach. The enclosed, beach-facing porch area is great as an office, or just to relax and watch the waves. We will definitely inquire about visiting again the next time we need a place in the area.

Wonderful weekend!

Pam was the absolute best. The check-in process was seamless with no issues. Pam even offered early check in and late check out due to no one being in before or after. She was very accommodating. Great property. Wonderful screened in porch overlooking beach. Direct access to beach. Covered garage parking. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Wi-fi. Publix and CVS 1 mile away. A dozen restaurants within two miles of condo. Private beach for building. Does anything more need to be said?

Great Place To Stay In Ponte Vedra Beach

This is top choice spot to stay for PV Beach, we loved it. Looking at other reviews I would have to agree that it's extremely comfortable, kitchen is somewhat well-equipped. If by chance you have two cars, please know parking garage is very tight. The ice-maker and water dispenser didn't work so we just bought bottled water and bagged ice. There are a lot of instructions for checking-out. Washing and drying the bed linens and towels except for the 1 load you leave going in the dryer was inconvenient. When we have stayed at other rentals we just needed to start the dishwasher, here you need to complete the entire cycle & put way. Great place, just remember to plan travel time for departure day accordingly!

Great condo, lots of Pros

Second story, 180-degree beach view. Spacious with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Sleeps eight easily. Fun full-size bunk beds for kids. Everything in good condition. Great screened-in patio, ate all our meals out there. Garage parking, plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. Highly recommended.

Not the best.

The pictures did represent the property. Communication prior to arrival and during our visit was less than with any other VRBO stay, and I have had many. The stopper in the sink in one bathroom was broken and had to be raised and lowered by pulling detached lever under the cabinet. The bathtub in the same bathroom had no stopper it was the only bathtub in the unit. One friend travelling with me prefers baths. There were people booked the day before us and I thought there was to be one day between guests due to Covid-19. We were asked to wash towels before we left on the Quick Wash cycle, did not sound like best choice due to Covid. Two days before our arrival, I was asked if I had signed a contract which had never been requested. One was left on the counter for me to sign, as I had asked her to do. However, after reading through it, and our visit was completed, I did not sign which created an angry reaction. I asked them to send it to my email, which I provided and that I would return for their records. It is 4 days later and I have not received it. We were 3 retired older professionals. We left the unit exactly as we found it. The instructions within the unit were very outdated, contradictory in some instances. I left notes on this before our departure. Altogether an unfortunate experience.
