Thank you for your feedback. I want to clarify that the unit is regularly cleaned, maintained, and inspected, and there have been no prior reports of mold or similar concerns in this space. The property is located in an area with significant tree coverage, and seasonal outdoor allergens are quite common, which can sometimes impact sensitive individuals. However, there is no verified issue within the unit itself. Throughout the stay, I remained highly responsive and addressed each request as it was raised. From the beginning, there were frequent concerns and expectations that went beyond the typical scope of a standard stay, and I did my best to accommodate them in good faith. It’s unfortunate that despite consistent efforts to assist, the overall experience is being characterized this way. While I always strive to provide a comfortable environment for all guests, it’s also true that not every property will meet every individual’s personal expectations. I remain committed to maintaining the property and ensuring a positive experience for future guests.
