This exquisite luxury home is located high upon the mountain side of the prestigious neighborhood of Pedregal.
With expansive Pacific-ocean views, this custom designed, owner-built, Tuscan villa spans over 19,000 sq ft and is a part of the esteemed portfolio of Architects Ford, Carson & Associates who took more than two years to complete.
The Space:
The home is within easy walking distance to the private beach in Pedregal and is positioned to give an unparalleled view of the famous Baja sunsets.
With more than 3,000 sq ft of patio space, the outside terraces offer extensive seating areas for outdoor entertainment, an infinity pool and spa with a 180-degree view of the Pacific and an outdoor grilling area.
When entering the property, one encounters a dramatic entrance hall, with a huge entertainment area to the right and a formal dining room to the left. Continuing through the Italian-styled entrance hall one encounters a huge corridor, which to the right leads to the custom-designed staircases leading to the second and ground-levels.
Guests are sure to enjoy the expansive living and dining areas that lead out to the infinity pool and Jacuzzi spa where one can enjoy lunch under the shady Palapa and take in the spectacular sunsets over the Pacific.
This villa features custom a designed staircase leading to the upper level, which boasts grand master-suite, with his and hers closets, his and hers toilet, dramatic Jacuzzi bath all of which overlook the glimmering waters below.
Lavishly detailed travertine and stained concrete floors. This custom villa boasts a private library and patio with spectacular Pacific ocean views, fully equipped gym and massage room with steam shower and sauna.
To complete the setting for entertaining is a butlers’ pantry and a bar with two wine coolers. The gourmet kitchen features a large center island and state-of-the-art appliances. These include a sub-zero refrigerator, Viking built in range, Viking microwave oven, two dishwashers and adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry with a walk-in refrigerator/deep-freeze, and ice maker.
Step outside the gourmet kitchen to a lovely covered sitting and dining area with outdoor grilling and uninterrupted Pacific Ocean views.

The Agency Baja is happy to correspond with the on-site staff to arrange for all the specific needs of our Guests. We can arrange for Private Luxury Transportation to and from the Airport and offer a full range of VIP Concierge services.
Upon your arrival we will complete a full walk-through of the property to ensure everything in the home is exactly to specification.
The Neighborhood:
Without question, Pedregal is one of the most noteworthy and exclusive neighborhoods in Los Cabos. While enjoying complete safety and security of the guard-gated neighborhood, you are also only a few short minutes from the thriving nightlife, dining and entertainment of downtown Cabo San Lucas. This is truly the best of both worlds, mixing sophistication, style and ease of access.
Getting Around:
Once on property, you are just a 15-minute walk to Medano beach and the Marina.
From the airport the drive is approximately 45 minutes. The Villa has a two-car garage and parking on the property for two additional cars. The lot in front of the Villa is also owned by the owners of Casa Luca.
Thus, no one can build in front of the Villa thereby maintaining the spectacular view and privacy.
Other Things to Note:
Houseman’s casita is located on the property but not in the Villa, consisting of a kitchen, living room, full bath and bedroom and sitting area.
