♦ Max occupancy: 8 guests, 1 vehicle only (neighborhood HOA will not allow more than 1 vehicle in front of the property. There is

over-flow parking in the boat yard that may be used)

♦ No parties, pets, smoking, or vaping

♦ Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

♦ $500 fee for first noise complaint, escalating penalties for repeat violations



Please be advised, this property is located in the Timbrshor development which is governed by an HOA and home to many private and permanent residences. Please abide by any Timbrshor HOA posted rules and follow all house rules as violations will be strictly enforced. No guests will be allowed to use Timbrshor boat slips. Guests may us the Finley State Park boat ramp to gain boat access to the lake.
