This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo has been recently updated. It's the end unit on the 7th floor of a river front building that has elevator access. The bedroom has a king size bed with comfortable linens as well as a television. The main living areas are open concept and all feature a breathtaking view of the Cape Fear River. The kitchen is stocked with essentials that you can use during your stay, and there are 2 barstool seats at the peninsula if you'd like to enjoy a meal in. If you need to work during your visit, there is a large desk in the living room.

The best feature of this condo is the balcony with 180 degree river views. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning, and in the evening you can catch some incredible sunsets as well.

Guests will have access to the entire condo and balcony. There is a locked closet for our storage, but otherwise you'll be able to use anything in the condo.

We provide a parking pass for one car in the lot next door. There are 2 elevators in the middle of the building for easy access to the 7th floor.
