We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!

Respect for Neighbors
The home is in a quiet and respectable neighborhood. Please be mindful of noise levels.

Noise & Parties
- No loud noise or music past 9:00 PM. A neighbor complaint may result in cancellation without a refund.
- No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays. Violation may lead to immediate cancellation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000.00 will be imposed if evidence is detected.

Minut Home Sensor
To maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors, the property is equipped with a Minut Home Sensor. This device monitors noise levels and sends notifications if they become excessive. Minut sensors do not record sound or visuals, ensuring guest privacy is fully respected.

Safety & Energy Conservation
- Ensure all appliances (hair curlers, laptop chargers, etc.) are unplugged before leaving.
- Avoid using high-wattage appliances in the same outlet to prevent overloading the circuit.
- Turn off the stove, oven, and AC when not in use.
- Do not set the heater below 67°F. This may damage the unit.
- Radiators: Please do NOT touch, turn, or adjust the radiator dials at any time. They are professionally preset. Any damage caused by turning the dials will result in a repair penalty.

General House Rules
- No shoes inside the property.
- No Vaping and No smoking of any kind inside & outside of our property. A $1,000 fee applies if evidence is found.
- No use of dye permitted (hair dye, fabric dye, etc.). A $1,000 fee applies if evidence is found.
- No mail/packages delivered to the property. Use a nearby pickup service.
- Do not unplug electronics (TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.).
- No moving or rearranging furniture.
- Please do not loiter outside the building to respect our quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
- Any locked closet doors are locked for privacy purposes. Forcing the door open will result in a loss of your security deposit.
Disclaimer: If the door is left unlocked or jammed for an extended period, it will trigger a security alert to protect our property and notify us. You will also receive a notification. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your belongings under any circumstances.

Post-Clean Photo Check
- Our cleaners photograph every room after the turnover. If anything looks less than hotel-fresh on arrival, message us anytime.

Parking
- Parking is only allowed in metered street parking areas. Some signs offer free parking on certain days and times, so check them carefully. We are not responsible for any parking tickets or violations.

Guests & Pets
- No extra/overnight guests beyond the stated reservation. Violations may result in cancellation.
- No pets allowed.

Adult Supervision Required
- Children must be supervised at all times. Ensure safety while on the property.

Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM onwards
- Check-out: 10:00 AM

Backyard & Furniture
Due to natural elements such as wind and wildlife, outdoor furniture may be displaced or have bird droppings. A cleaning product is available for your convenience.

Note: After using the backyard furniture, please replace the covers to protect them from bird droppings and dirt.

Additional Policies
- No pre-check-in bag storage

Guests acknowledge that the host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or fatalities that may occur on the property or while using its facilities. The host is also not responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ personal items or valuables. By confirming this reservation, guests accept full responsibility for their own safety and agree to assume any risks associated with their stay, including the actions of individuals they invite onto the property.

House Rules Agreement
Booking confirms your acceptance of the House Rules & Agreements. Guests who do not comply may be charged for any damages, costs, or related expenses, and their stay may be terminated.

Property Disclosures

Security Cameras
We have three, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance, the area next to the entrance door & backyard overlooking the backyard area which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device inside the unit which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.
